Shane has been a chef for many years, cooking all over the country. His burgers are out of this world and he is living his dream of growing his own business along with his brother, Matt and Mom, Pinki! From Full Belly Meats...
Here is a recipe for Garlic Parmesan Burgers!
Ingredients:

Shane, Matt and Pinki Founders and Owners Gourmet Burgers, Fully Belly Meats |
- 5 lbs ground beef
- 4 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 cup roasted garlic cloves
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 cup sauteed chopped garlic
Weigh and shape into individual patties. This recipe will produce
10-11 half pound patties or 20-22 quarter pound patties.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and cook to your preference. ...mmm
