In business for 43 years, a neighborhood steakhouse and old fashioned butcher shop and N.Y. deli all under one roof serving prime Midwestern aged beef, pork, veal, lamb, chicken and our famous TurDucKen as filmed on The Food Network hosted by Guy Fieri.

Offering family prices, joint Matt, Donna & Mark Rebhan as we bring to the farmer’s market a “start your Saturday” with breakfast including farm fresh egg sandwich or burrito wraps with a full assortment of “build your own” toppings including pork jowl or belly bacon, caramelized bacon, baked ham, “house made” 1/4 lb. sausage patty and various veggie fixings.  Tri Tip steak sandwiches, giant smoked turkey legs, 1/2 lb. sirloin burgers ground daily, “house made” mild and hot Italian sausage with grilled onions & peppers, authentic pressed Cuban sandwich, Ahi Tuna slider served on a bed of Wasabi slaw, “Cheeky” jowl bacon slider on a bed of house made “healthy slaw” and BBQ pork sliders.  German bratwurst, bockwurst and knockwurst with “house made” sauerkraut shredded cabbage, salt and caraway seed.
